Kate Johnston Cox focuses exclusively on criminal law. She graduated from the University of Idaho in 2004. She interned with the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office where she gained an insight into their inner workings. She worked at the Boise City Attorney’s Office where she handled exclusively criminal cases. During her tenure at the Boise City Attorney’s Office she handled hundreds of Domestic Battery and Driving Under the Influence Cases. She tried more cases than any other attorney in the office and won 75% of the cases she tried.
