The Police Officer wants me to come in for questioning, What Should I do?

Call an attorney immediately. Tell the police, “You may not come inside my home without a valid warrant.” Do not open the front door. You may close your blinds to prevent the police from looking in your windows.
The Police Officer has pulled me over for speeding and wants permission to search my car, What Should I do? Politely refuse him permission and ask if you are free to go. Do not engage in small talk.
The Police Officer has read me my Miranda Rights and would like me to WAIVE my Miranda Rights, What Should I do? Request an attorney immediately and refuse to waive your Miranda Rights.
Remember, the police record ALL communications with the public. If you are speaking to an officer, assume you are being recorded. Anything you say WILL be used against you in a court of law.
